slightly underwhelming stay
dated showermalfunctioning toilet
the advertised five-star experience fell a little flat. My room, while spacious, suffered from noticeable wear and tear. The curtains were difficult to operate, and the shower head had a tendency to droop. a toilet that flushes intermittently is not my idea of luxury..

our superior double or twin room was huge! it had a lovely deep bath i enjoyed a lot. the hotel ensured our stay was perfect!
the fitness room is very small! it has few machines.

the breakfast buffet was amazing. it included many delicious pastries and fresh juices. the staff were kind and attentive! the front desk staff was always helpful. the housekeeping staff even left chocolates in our room each day.
the shower had very poor water pressure. i also found the controls for the tub difficult to understand. it was hard to figure out how to switch between the two heads.

the hotel boasts a beautiful bar with a piano player. a cocktail lounge is available downstairs . the breakfast room offered a variety of options for a great start to the day.

the staff members spoke perfect english. they graciously conversed with guests. the concierge recommended a couple of excellent restaurants. the front desk opened doors and explained all the details upon arrival.

the room was clean and well appointed. treats arrived in our room every day. we received fresh strawberries and complimentary drinks besides the chocolates left at night, it was a very special touch.

My room featured a double bed with soft bedding. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a perfect temperature. I found complimentary water bottles in my room daily, a nice touch.
