Lovely City Stay

Our room offered good space and modern decor. The swimming pool was very refreshing. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially when providing recommendations. The breakfast had many choices, including fresh fruit and pastries, so it was lovely. We really enjoyed having our luggage stored safely.

The hotel is located in an upmarket area. Designer shops were very close to the hotel. The metro station is a short walk from the hotel. It is very useful for getting around the city.

The hotel provides an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Guests can get tokens for pool towels. There are not enough beds at the outdoor pool, however. It is quite small.

the front desk staff was professional they completed check in easily. the pool side was relaxing it was low key and private. luz weekend brunch was fantastic it offered excellent fresh food for every palate.
i expected a five star experience i saw a cold uninviting lobby. the carpets on the floors looked old and stained. there was no water tea or snacks in the room there was only a coffee maker.

the hotel is very conveniently LOCATED. it has an easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. this is a beautiful modern hotel right in the city center and fifteen minutes to the airport.

the room was clean and layed out perfect. i had a nice views and location was perfect for what i wanted to do. the staff were super friendly and helpful to i.
when we arrived the room i had reserved was not ready. they offered us another suite for an additional euros per day. there were many shortcomings though like poor lighting.

the room size was adequate i also appreciated the friendly staff the location is convenient and near many shops and restaurants. i found the staff attentive and helpful the gym and sauna were well kept.
housekeeping missed some details for instance the phone was not dusted there was no mirror over the dressing table. the bathroom lacked a door separating it from the bedroom towels were old and thin one towel even had a hole.

the swimming pool area was very clean. it had plenty of chairs for sunbathing. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, including vegetarian options.
The bathrooms don't provide much privacy. the location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. the lobby had a very strong perfume smell. It was almost as if they were masking a smell.
