My stay had some issues. The coffee pods were limited. I asked for more, but the staff seemed reluctant to provide them. I did not understand this since I was a guest. I saw napkins at breakfast that had chewing gum on them (that was pretty gross).

reclining beds spacious bathroom faulty air conditioning busy road

the room was very clean. i appreciated the reclining beds (very comfortable!). the bathroom was spacious and super clean.

the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. i told the front desk several times, but nothing happened. i had to sleep with the balcony door open and it was noisy because of a busy road.

digital controls large mirror tasty breakfast

the room featured digital controls for blinds and curtains i found that very modern the tv was cleverly built into a large mirror it only looked when turned on breakfast included many choices it was quite tasty

the hotel lacked on-site parking finding nearby parking required purchasing tickets

I found the room very clean and well kept. The automatic window shutters were a nice feature. I also appreciated the L'Occitane toiletries. The lemongrass scent was a delight.

Street noise was noticeable during my first night. I requested a room change and the second night was much quieter. The new room was slightly smaller.

mixed feelings about the stay

spacious room clean room dripping toilet maintenance issue

the hotel room felt spacious and clean when i arrived.

I was disappointed, the toilet dripped all night. It made sleeping difficult and maintenance never came to fix it, even after i reported it.
