The location was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, I really appreciated their assistance with directions. The hotel restaurant featured amazing food, especially the fresh seafood options. I also enjoyed a complimentary dessert.

The gym equipment was slightly outdated. One of the treadmills was out of service.

My room included a modern bathroom with a very spacious shower. The room had contemporary furnishings. The desk provided ample space for working. Blackout curtains effectively blocked sunlight for restful sleep and I appreciated the quiet ambiance.

The front desk staff offered prompt and courteous assistance with all requests. The concierge service efficiently arranged transportation to the airport for me. The daily housekeeping kept the room consistently clean and refreshed.

The location was really central (right in the heart of everything). The staff were always available to assist, I appreciated that. Breakfast offered a good selection, I found it satisfying.

The shower tiles were not clean upon arrival. A complimentary bottle of water was provided on the first day. It was not replaced. The hallways and stairways lacked proper ventilation. They smelled like food from the kitchen.

The hotel's location was central and close to transport links. This made getting around quite easy.

There were maintenance issues that detracted from the stay. The bathroom had cracked tiles. THE balcony door was broken.
