This hotel provided an excellent experience. the staff members were super helpful. They always smiled. our family room offered great convenience, and the hotel surroundings were beautiful. the team made a real effort to correct any issues, though these were unlikely (i really appreciated this).

the gym, though present, needed a bit of updating, with some of the equipment showing signs of wear (a minor issue, but worth noting).

The reception staff greeted me smoothly, and check-in was quick. rui and daniel were really good. They ensured a wonderful stay. mohsin and iman were also fabulous in the restaurant, attentive to my needs.

The hotel is located close to the beach and promenade. breakfast had various options, a real treat! the personnel was helpful, providing excellent service. I found them polite and attentive. i will definitely consider coming back!

the gym seemed a bit crowded during peak hours, but i managed to adjust my schedule.

The location is excellent. The beach is directly accessible. there are fine cliffs within a comfortable walking distance. multiple restaurants are located nearby. breakfast offered many great options. the room was very comfortable and featured a good view.

the air conditioning did not work, causing discomfort. i requested assistance several times but received no resolution. my comfort did not seem a priority.

the hotel has private access to a superb beach. i especially liked the multiple vegetarian options available at the breakfast buffet. it ensured i started each day feeling satisfied and full of energy.

I found the check-in process quite slow. i was told that my room would not be ready until 3 pm. This is the hotel policy i later discovered! arriving at midday made waiting inconvenient.
