Breakfast was great.
The service lacked finesse and did not feel like a streamlined 5-star experience. The ground floor room faced the back, and I could hear noise from a nearby pub and air conditioning units. I was moved to a tiny attic room at 11 PM, and the only reimbursement offered was the price difference for the superior room.

charmed by the crescent

comfortable bedconvenient locationheated poolinfrared sauna
i found the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. the location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the spa's heated pool, infrared sauna, and indoor thermal pool were a definite highlight. i appreciated the easy access to solomon's peak for a brisk morning hike (it took about an hour to ascend).
cleanliness was a little bit average, i noticed dust on some surfaces around the room (especially lamps).
Dining

Breakfast offered a decent range of options. the waiting time for drinks could extend up to twenty minutes after being seated. Ordering food might take an additional twenty to forty-five minutes afterward.
Rooms

i stayed in a superior king room. the room included standard amenities like a tv, minibar, and coffee maker. comfortable bedding (i really slept well). i could control the room temperature with the thermostat.
Service

The check-in process seemed purely transactional. I did not feel it very warm. however, , most of the staff were friendly and polite (i did not have to make any special requests).
Location

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the town centre. Many attractions and amenities are easily accessible by foot. there is also a greek restaurant nearby called 'ithaca', a very short walk from the hotel.
