If I must cancel my booking due to Covid restrictions, can I transfer my payment to a future stay or another Big4 Park?

Cancellations due to Covid restrictions allow for free cancellation, and the payment can be held for future use at Borderland Wodonga Holiday Park for 12 months. However, it cannot be transferred to another Big4 Park.
