the location provided awesome space around the resort. the breakfast offered many choices, and I thought the pool area was really excellent. michael leavey, a gent at concierge, showed me the best places to visit. my wife detailed how kind he was helping with luggage.

the resort is close to town, with access to restaurants and bars. it's also near many of the blue mountains attractions, a benefit for sightseeing. the bush walk near the resort added natural beauty.

The concierge staff were wonderful. They were very helpful. they offered assistance with our luggage and always had a smile. one particular gent. He took the time to show me good local spots.

I appreciated the range of activities available for kids. My son especially loved the cinemas, kids zone, games room and pool. I found that the rainbow slide provided fun and excitement. Breakfast was delicious (the variety was great).
I noticed the lounge bar seemed warm, possibly because the air-conditioning wasn't operating efficiently one day.

The breakfast buffet featured many choices. Staff ensured items were stocked and fresh. I could choose from hot and cold dishes, pastries and fruit, or order an omelet. There were many options to select, it was an excellent start to the day.

i stayed in a superior king room. the room included a king-sized bed and a separate seating area (it was really quite nice).
some of the hallway carpets showed their age, slightly noticeable when walking to the room.

The indoor pool area was so much fun for my kids, it features a large pool and a smaller kids' pool! the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of items, my kids loved the pancakes and i was thrilled with the fresh fruit. i really liked the outdoor spaces since there were so many areas for my children to run around. The gardens are beautiful!
the reservation process was a bit confusing and i ended up on hold for quite a while!

The hotel is close to many scenic hiking trails, this makes it great for outdoor adventures. also, it is a short drive to popular attractions like the three sisters. It's perfect for exploring the area!

embers restaurant had a delicious menu, i especially enjoyed the locally sourced ingredients. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, there was something for everyone. the bistro provides a more casual dining experience!

the staff were all very friendly and helpful, they were eager to assist with any questions. chris from the concierge team helped us organize our dinner reservations and provided great recommendations. i found the front desk staff were efficient during check-in!

The location of the place is awesome. the breakfast was great. It offered a good variety. the pool area was excellent too with sufficient sunbeds and a shallow end for kids.
Parking on arrival was a bit tricky. It involved an uphill walk to reception. my room was quite a distance from reception. It overlooked a blue metal container. the room seemed dated with a stained carpet, also it had a hump in the middle.

The staff impressed me with their professionalism. They were attentive. the cleanliness of the rooms stood out, showing dedication to upkeep. i also enjoyed the high tea, finding the food fresh and beautifully presented. the table setting with white linen and lovely patterned china elevated the experience.
I found that some facilities were not available . It was a slight letdown.
