basic stay, some drawbacks

broken shower knob basic room
The room was quite basic for the price, i must say. i was expecting more amenities. the shower knob was broken, and while my partner managed to fix it temporarily, it was still annoying. also, i found it disappointing that the room didn't have a smart tv. I couldn't access netflix or youtube, which i usually do.

fantastic downtown stay

great location easy walk friendly staff late checkout
The location was great, right opposite the wharf. I watched ferries come and go. it was an easy walk to shops! the movenpick icecream shop is across the road. staff were friendly and accommodating! i got a late checkout.
The air conditioning was noisy. I had to turn it off, then the room became stuffy.

The room featured decent sized towels and several plug-ins. A bluetooth speaker and clock was available. there was sufficient sunlight! the room also included amenities such as bottled water and slippers.

Nearby, i found many cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk! i appreciated the variety of options, all easily accessible. This.

The hotel offers stable and strong wifi, very useful! the air-conditioning is super strong. This allowed me to adjust the room temperature quickly to my liking.

the reception service was excellent, and the staff was super friendly. the staff stored my luggage and delivered it to my room when i arrived early! the team replaced my fridge in less than 15 minutes.
