the hotel had a very convenient location near the sky drive bus stop. this made airport transfers simple, really appreciated. the lobby always had refreshing drinks and tasty coconut cookies available. THE staff was also very friendly and helpful .

The parking costs were quite unclear. I ended up paying more than expected. i found the access to the neighboring parking building confusing on arrival. also, there wasn't a convenient spot to quickly unload my bags when i first got there.

The rooms were modern and clean, a perfect retreat after a day exploring. i found the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to top attractions. the staff were consistently friendly. Their willingness to go the extra mile sets them apart (especially the pizzas on arrival!).

Parking costs were very unclear. I ended up paying well over what was listed when i booked.

Breakfast offered a great selection for all tastes. Freshly made coffee and eggs were available. the on-site rooftop bar had a great selection of food and drinks with friendly and helpful staff.

The room was spacious and stylish with plenty of room for a short stay. the bathroom was clean. It had all the needed amenities. beds were comfy, and chromevasting your own shows to the tv was possible.

the hotel seemed nice when i arrived. my room wasn't cleaned properly one day. i called about it, but i waited too long and nothing happened. that was a let down, then, the gym was smaller than i expected, so i didn't get to work out properly.

breakfast varietyunethical surcharge

i was pretty disappointed. the breakfast lacked variety. the same items were served daily, not worth the price. also there was a surcharge for EVERYTHING, including a tray for room service. i felt that was unethical.
