The complimentary mini bar offered a lovely surprise. Rooftop and den bars provided superb customer service. Nice room greeted me. The bed offered decent pillow options. I found it very affordable considering this hotel's high standard.

The shower in the room did not work at first, I am happy, someone quickly handled this situation.

The hotel has an excellent central location near the shopping mall and attractions like art galleries. A nearby free loop bus stop allows easy access to different areas. My room provided generous space coupled with a very nice bathroom. I found the location combined with the room features a great benefit.

I observed that some carpets showed wear and could use a cleaning.

I really enjoyed my stay. the location is central. Rundle mall is just across the street! the valet parking service was prompt and professional. my room on level 11 was perfectly positioned, offering quiet and convenience. the beds were unbelievably comfortable!!!
