great amenities delicious breakfast helpful staff faulty dryer cracked bathtub small room

The location was amazing. The hotel amenities were amazing! The breakfast was delicious, it had a la carte options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The dryer did not work, so drying clothes took longer than expected. I called the front desk and they offered to take my clothes elsewhere to dry. They would not replace the dryer. I noticed cracks on the bathtub. The room seemed quite small for the price i paid. IT was disappointing.

excellent wharf apartment

equipped kitchenette large bedroom secure parking

the kitchen was well equipped, it even had a separate utility area for washing clothes. the master king bedroom was huge and included a walk in dressing room and large ensuite shower. i also liked that the secure undercover car park was attached to the building with key access.

the pillows were not the best. i recommend packing your own if possible.

the hotel offers great facilities. there is a pool, a gym, and recycling areas on each floor. i found a woolworths supermarket only five minutes walk away (very convenient!).

the double bedroom had floor to ceiling window views of the waterfront area. our apartment was on the eleventh floor, so views were excellent (i spent a lot of time on the balcony!). the lifts accessed all floors easily.

top tier stay, amazing views!

great location extra bed hot food juice buffet

the location was amazing, just a quick walk to circular quay. close to darling harbour! the staff really helped when we realized my kids were too big for the sofa bed, they squeezed in an extra bed. breakfast rocked too! they had cereal, juice, and hot food from the menu.

the bathroom tiles seemed old. i saw they were losing grout in some places.

The gym offered three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area had twenty loungers, including a shaded section! also, there was a sauna room available for relaxation, what more could you want?!

the hotel offered easy access to major tourist spots and i could walk to the rocks, barangaroo, and the city! circular quay was nearby so public transport was very accesible, and a 24-hour diner was within a ten-minute walk.

breakfast included a buffet and a la carte options, i ordered a flat white, and they also had hot chocolate plus chai latte. there are options even for the most demanding guest! i loved it!

worn furniture loud air conditioning

i had hoped for better. the room they gave me, a 'premium king apartment city view', was rather tired. the furniture look worn, and i noticed some stains on the carpet. the air conditioning make loud noises at night, so it bothered my sleep. i think updates are really necessary here, so the hotel can match its promise.
