harbour view spacious apartment scalding water poor breakfast
The location provided immediate access to the Botanical Garden. I found the proximity to the Opera House convenient. The apartment was spacious and contained every item needed. I enjoyed mornings on the couch looking at the view.
The water in the shower was difficult to regulate. When the water became hot it felt scalding. Breakfast was not good. I did not return the next day. It seemed low quality given the price I paid.

fantastic harbour stay!
room amenities nice touches reasonable prices longer stays
the apartment had all the amenities i needed. staff left some nice touches in the room for a special occasion. room service was reasonably priced. it was suitable for both short and longer stays.
the lighting in the rooms was quite bad.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the concierge quickly helped with bags upon arrival. kim, at the front desk, kindly moved me to a new room when the air conditioning failed.

Really good Stay with Harbour Views
maintained apartment fantastic perspective convenient access
i found my one-bedroom apartment harbour view well-kept. the balcony offered a fantastic perspective of the area. the suite felt more like a luxury apartment than a typical hotel room. i particularly appreciated the convenient access to nearby attractions.
i noticed the absence of a bellboy upon arrival , made managing luggage from the taxi slightly difficult.

breakfast offered quality over quantity with an a la carte style menu so i tried several items and found them all satisfactory. the hotel's pizzeria also provided a nice dining option with recommendable food.

the hotel's location provided direct access to the promenade and wharfs which allowed immediate immersion into the city's atmosphere. the opera house was a short walk away adding to the convenience. tram and monorail stops were also easily accessible.

i found all the staff members to be friendly and helpful . the attentiveness of the staff added a personal touch and contributed to a positive and nice experience. the hotel is wonderful.
