the location is great. smiths beach is only a short walk. the villas are fully furnished. we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff provided helpful, friendly service.
i found the parking spaces somewhat cramped.

The location was great. The rooms are spacious and the grounds are kept well. Staff was friendly and the food was great too. I will return and I am looking forward to it.
The outdoor space is small and is surrounded by neighboring apartments. It feels choked. There was no complimentary water. This is a no-go for a hotel of this range.

i stayed at the hotel for a few nights. i found some aspects disappointing. the glassware in the room wasn't clean, a basic expectation wasn't met. also, there wasn't any complimentary water provided, a surprising omission for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the cramped parking spaces situated right next to the garbage cans were inconvenient too.

My stay had issues. The room was not serviced daily, that bothered me. I also found the lack of beach towels inconvenient. I needed to pay extra for these amenities, and it seems excessive. The rooms claim luxury, though they miss basic service.
