great facilities easy access

the pool area was great. the rooms were nice and had heaps of space. i loved that there was lots of parking and easy access.

the poolside cocktails were not cold upon arrival. i found this disappointing.

friendly staff early check-in suite upgrade

The friendly staff allowed an early check-in. A triple upgrade to a top floor suite was granted upon arrival. Check-in was efficient and fast.

The poolside bar drinks took an extended time to arrive after ordering.

The Premier King Room was particularly large compared to other standard rooms I have seen. A table allowed for convenient wine consumption.. Amenities were well-stocked, and the bathtub was spacious enough for a proper soak.

fantastic stay

tablet controls luxury robes cool air delivery updates

the room included tablet controls for the curtains and lights, i found it very convenient. there were plush bath towels and luxury robes in the spacious bathroom, i used them often. the air conditioning kept the room cool, so i always had a good sleep. i easily ordered room service using the tablet, and received updates on the delivery, i thought that was thoughtful.

the valet parking cost seemed high because i had to get my car from the car park myself. i expected the car to be brought to the hotel entrance.

the hotel is near optus stadium, a short walk away. guests can easily walk to events or games. public transportation is also close, i took the bus to the cbd and it was great.

i dined at epicure and nobu, and the service was excellent. the food quality was really good, i ate sushi and steak. the breakfast menu has a wide variety of options, so you will definitely find something that you like.

great room size perfect bed fast food delivery full fridge lack of space excessive movie charge

The room size was great, even for a short stay. the bed proved perfect. delivery of food was fast. Each meal arrived hot and promptly.. night turn down service was a thoughtful touch.

the fridge was full of mini bar items. it left little space for our own drinks. i was unable to connect my netflix to the tv. the charge of $20 per movie seemed excessive.
