The decor was super beautiful, with cool touches everywhere. the foyer even had a lovely scent. i had a spacious room that included a double head shower. It was amazing. kevin murphy shampoo was provided , i felt so fancy!

the air conditioning in the walkways wasn't on. it felt a bit understaffed when i checked in. also , the valet parking seemed really expensive , and i didn't even use it.

The staff greeted me warmly and allowed early check-in. This was a total bonus. the team responded quickly to my requests for extra towels and information about local attractions. They were always ready to assist.

I adored the central location. Shopping was so close. the room had city views stretching to the foreshore. the rooftop bar became a nightly ritual. The outlook was amazing. the modern bathroom included an egg bath and a lovely shower, very convenient.

I found that some standard amenities were missing. I had to purchase a toothbrush.

I found the hotel very stylish and enjoyed the central location. The milk frother with the nespresso machine was a nice touch. I was pleased with the online check-in and check-out system. It simplified my arrival and departure. The room had generous space that i could appreciate.

The valet parking was not readily available when i arrived. I had to wait before receiving assistance. It would be more convenient if this service was more immediately accessible.
