Satisfactory Island Stay

wine tastingperfect host
my bags got transported from the ferry directly to my room, and that was awesome. later, i enjoyed the wine tasting session hosted by veronica and sotiris that afternoon, sampling local wines with a cheese platter. it was a great idea and experience i value. veronica was a perfect host, and sotiris walked us through the wines very informatively.

An Amazing Stay

early ferryquokka welcomegreat experienceunanswered message
Our bags arrived from the ferry and waited for us in our rooms. Quokkas greeted us creating a funny welcome party. The hotel offered a great entertaining area near the pub, with a beautiful outlook. Veronica and Sotiris hosted a wine tasting with local wines and matched cheese. A great experience.
The hotel didn't reply to my messages requesting a ground floor room because of my age. I was assigned a room on the first floor. I had to walk a long corridor. I also requested an early check-in but received no reply.
Dining
9/10
The hotel restaurant, Lontara, provided enjoyable meals and great service. The breakfast buffet included various options. Nearby options offered nice alternatives. A great range was available.
Rooms
9/10
Rooms were large, clean, and airy. Furnishings matched the beachfront location. My room overlooked the pool area and had a nice balcony. Beds and linen met great standards.
Location
10/10
The hotel is a short walk from the ferry terminal. It is close to the settlement where the bakery is. I enjoyed the quiet location set on the sea. It had a relaxed, chilled vibe.

the location was acceptable.
I was quite disappointed with the noise levels. The soundproofing seemed inadequate. the constant noise from the pool was intrusive from morning until late at night and disturbed the quiet i was hoping for. i found it quite frustrating, especially considering the cost.

large roomefficient check-inpublic accesscrowded pub
The room was large, clean and airy. I had a first floor room overlooking the pool area it was nice. The check in process was super efficient and I was given my room early even though it was only midday.
The location is not exclusive for the price paid the general public are able to access the hotel. Lots of movement of people is in the vicinity. Next to it is a very crowded pub.
