Underwhelming experience. Expected more

cold dumplings slow room service

The service fell short of expectations. it took an hour and a half for a simple room service order to arrive. My hot chocolate was cold, and the dumplings were barely warm too. i also had to ask about our employee discount on arrival, this, embarrasing.

The staff was attentive. They addressed requests quickly. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I appreciated the room upgradewith enhanced views. I found the room service to be prompt and efficient, a pleasant surprise.

Really good Stay Experience

great location quality service

The location is excellent (close to many things). The staff demonstrated amazing service. I was impressed by the quality of the rooms and public spaces.

Valet parking seemed quite expensive. I will pay it again, but the price seems excessive.
