Wonderful short stay!

I stayed in a suite and found it very spacious, with two bathrooms. City views were great from the room, and I had access to the club. The club offered canapés and drinks in the evening. Breakfast was available both at the club and at Garum downstairs, a nice touch.

The room fridge was completely empty, a slight surprise.

Customer relations were excellent throughout the hotel. The breakfast manager was particularly amazing and helpful. All staff were friendly. They provided very efficient service. I found them consistently attentive and professional.

The room was well sound-proofed and I quickly adjusted to the time zone. A very comfortable bed added to the restful experience. Blackout curtains ensured total darkness, great. It really enhanced my relaxation.

The gym was excellent and featured some of the best equipment I've seen in a hotel. The pool was refreshing. I enjoyed my time in the water. Though the area felt a little stark.

The hotel was very quiet. It was peaceful. staff members were very friendly! the breakfast had tasty food. the pool was lovely. i found the rooms spacious. the fit-out was beautiful.

i found a very slight problem, there were only free-to-air tv channels available. an option existed to connect devices for netflix though.

the staff was attentive and cute! reservations were handled efficiently, especially by ashley, who took my call and sarah, who confirmed my needs via telephone and follow-up emails even after hours.

the gym had modern equipment and a good layout. the swimming pool was well-kept with comfortable loungers nearby. the public parking next door made access easy, i believe the hotel also has an underground car park.
