I appreciated the central location a lot. It made getting around easy. The heritage room I stayed in had very high ceilings. There were quality toiletries in the bathroom that I found useful.
The staff did not seem too enthusiastic. It was hard to find anyone to assist me. The bar closed early and no one was available for room service. Made it less convenient than I had expected.

the room was spacious with a nice view of the city. i found the hotel to be centrally located near shops and restaurants. staff were friendly and easy to talk with, i appreciated that.
the overhead shower did not work, the other shower sprayed water all over the floor. i ordered room service, it was delivered cold. i parked in the hotel's carpark, it seemed like an unfinished scrap of land.

i found that the hotel bar closed relatively early, which limited options for evening relaxation.

I appreciated the easy access to my room on level 1. It was room 113. high ceilings, a nice surprise. the morning sun filled the room facing hay street. It was surprisingly quiet. i found the location convenient for walking to nearby amenities and exploring the cbd fringe.
I noticed that some surrounding cafes closed relatively early. It wasn't a big issue since the hotel had amenities.

the hotel featured an internal cafe with a selection of cakes and cookies and i found it quite convenient. a pub located within the hotel offered australian reds by the glass and the chicken parmigiana was delicious. each night eating here was a simple pleasure.

the location provided straightforward access to key shopping areas and a diverse selection of restaurants and dining options. its proximity to his majesty's theatre suited my plans perfectly and made getting there simple. the cbd was also within easy reach.

The room included complimentary bottled water and t2 tea. The toiletries smelled lovely, not overpowering. I found fresh towels every day. Quality toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner were always available..
The carpark was not undercover, and it felt unrelated to the hotel.
