Absolutely fantastic experience!
friendly staff private beach beautiful view luxurious meal
I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were genuinely friendly, helpful, and provided really good service. The beach felt almost private, ensuring it was clean and never overcrowded. I especially enjoyed the pool and its view. It quickly became a highlight. The food at the restaurant was also a high point. Each meal was both comfortable and luxurious!
The WiFi connection in the villa was a bit spotty at times. It made staying connected a small challenge.

The setting of the resort is amazing. It's nestled among national parks, offering amazing views and a tranquil atmosphere. It is fine. Scenic walking trails are right on the doorstep.

Decent Stay at the Resort
peaceful pool poolside bar juice maker power outage long wait scared children
I really liked the pool! It felt peaceful. The poolside bar had delicious fish tacos and pina coladas. I especially loved the breakfast. There were a lot of options and the juice maker was great.
There was a power outage for 3 hours. This prevented me from using the kitchen to heat my baby's formula bottle. My children were scared. I had to wait 2 hours for wine to be delivered to my room too.

beach access reasonable prices
The resort location features easy beach access. The room had full service. I observed room cleaning and fresh bedding. Restaurant food had reasonable prices. Cocktails showed excellent choices and proper service.

I found the breakfast offering to be very good. The spa provided great service and massages. The tennis facilities included nets for flies and rackets and balls. The gym has good equipment. The beach access is GREAT!!!
