the rooms were big and i found the resort handled most logistics. this. i appreciated the free ice water in the lobby to refill our water bottles. the staff was nice too

there were long wait times for food and beverages. room service followed the same trend

cold pool indifferent staff

the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options.

the pool was too cold to be enjoyable i found this disappointing. housekeeping did not properly service my room they failed to replace bathroom consumables. the staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to resolve problems effectively.

inconsistent service missing amenities

The room service was spotty at best. I stayed for several nights, but the room wasn't cleaned consistently. One day, the garbage wasn't taken out. Another day, they forgot to replenish the coffee. THE inconsistent service was a bit of a letdown for the price.
