the staff proved competent and kind. my children enjoyed their stay. i found time to rest given the children were happy. the resort has a great layout with gardens. a walkway leads directly to the beach.
the dinner buffet lacked variety and the food was sometimes cold i was hoping for better quality food options for a five star experience the barbecue meats were overcooked. i wish there were more fresh options available daily

the beautiful double room have two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also included. i see multiple pool options too, and a pool bar next to it.

Felipe Cunha was very entertaining. The food and drinks package is very good. Staff members are engaging and helpful. Parking is ample, and I arranged a late check out. The beach is about 10 minutes walk (easy stroll!).
I found that some areas of the grounds needed a bit more attention to cleanliness.

I had such a nice stay. The food and drinks package is really good. All the staff are helpful, especially Felipe Cunha who was entertaining! We found ample parking, a relief. I arranged a late check out (it made the departure smooth). The beach is about ten minutes away if you walk.
I did notice a little bit of wear and tear in some areas, nothing major, but it's there.

There are heated pools suitable for all ages and preferences, with distinct areas dedicated to kids and adults (the adults pool was so quiet!). The hotel features beautifully landscaped grounds with modern decor and very pristine facilities.

The premium breakfast was worth it!!! The food was varied and high-quality. The pools were heated. My children loved the water slides. The staff spoke Spanish to my daughter every morning. She practiced a lot.
I found the pool area quite crowded. It was difficult to find a sunbed.
