mixed feelings about my stay

decent locationdirty bathroomscratched furniture

the location was decent enough and near some things, i guess.

The room, a premium collection room terrace, wasn't all that great. housekeeping seemed to miss some spots. I found some hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine. the furniture also had a few dings and scratches .

the location was central offering easy access to many sites.

the breakfast service felt disorganized i often had to seek out staff to place an order they were not proactive the omelet was undercooked on two separate attempts after clarifying how i wanted it prepared the room temperature was difficult to adjust
