Really good Stay, A Wonderful Experience
central location friendly staff breakfast selection sunny terrace
The location is central. It made exploring the area very easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection included many tasty options. I also enjoyed spending time on the sunny roof terrace. The room was very clean.
The kettle in my room did not work. I asked for a replacement several times, but I never received one.

Acceptable Experience
coffee machine quiet room helpful staff missing drawers basic shower
The staff was helpful and professional. The room had a coffee machine. I found the location convenient. The room was also quiet.
My room lacked drawers, so unpacking was difficult. The shower was basic. It was not a rainfall type. I had expected more from a hotel of this class.

Really good service and prime location
really good staff helpful guidance very good housekeeping nearby parking
The reception staff, particularly Pablo, Flora, and Pedro, provided excellent service. Their communication skills are noteworthy, and they offered very helpful guidance for visiting nearby cities. Housekeeping provided very good service , keeping the rooms meticulously clean. I also found a parking spot nearby with assistance from the reception desk.
The kettle in my room did not work, and despite requesting a replacement three times, i never received one.

The hotel has a superb location near cultural treasures and public transportation. The hop-on-hop-off bus service is easily accessible from the hotel. This made getting to the train station convenient.

Staff were very helpful and solution oriented in any situation. The staff also picked up on my mother's birthday without being prompted. They then sent a bottle of bubbly to the room as a gesture.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet and very clean. The bathroom had good facilities and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room.

inner courtyard terrible noise
The staff was helpful (which I always appreciate).
The room I was assigned faced the inner courtyard, and the noise from other guests echoed badly (it made relaxing difficult!).

weak air conditioning poor soundproofing
I was a little disappointed. the air conditioning was quite weak. It struggled to keep the room cool enough, especially during the day. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear quite a bit of street noise at night. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

excellent location walking distance spacious shower dark room excessive warmth mosquito problem
The location proved excellent. All attractions were within walking distance. The room provided a cool escape from the heat. The bathroom featured a great spacious shower.
Rooms were VERY dark, almost lacking natural light. The warmth was excessive. No air conditioning was available during the winter months. Mosquitoes were a terrible problem.
