excellent stay!
friendly staff free shuttle
The staff were really friendly and cute from the first minute. The free shuttle to the beach and the city center was useful. i really enjoyed it. It ran frequently and saved me taxi money. It really enhanced my holiday experience. i think this service is amazing.
The lifts were slow and often crowded. i sometimes waited several minutes for one to arrive. It was a bit frustrating, specially during peak hours. i hope they check this thing.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There was adequate storage. My family room includes a balcony with furniture and a drying rack. The bathroom features a bidet and excellent water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast included a wide variety of options like full english and continental items. i also saw pastries and cereal. The omelettes, cooked to order at the grill station, were delicious. The dinner menu changed every night.

The location is pretty good, a short drive from the airport. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the beach and town center. There were many shops on site including a gift shop, clothing store and a mini supermarket.

awesome holiday!
friendly staff excellent food spacious room
the staff were so friendly. food was excellent. the entertainment staff were amazing. our rooms were spacious and clean. daily entertainment for all the family happenend. a mini golf and children's park are close. it is great for letting the kids be independent.
the hotel is a bit out of the main strip so a taxi is required. the shuttle bus has a huge gap between lunch and tea time.

the restaurant has a wide choice. wine, lager, and soft drinks are on tap. there are various options. it catered to different tastes with a lovely, fresh salad bar and a dedicated dessert section.

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities
hotel cleanliness lovely pools convenient transport
I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The swimming pools were well maintained. The hotel offered convenient transport to town and the beach for a small fee. The staff worked hard from the bar to the cleaners, and it showed.
The splash park needs some refurbishment. This did not stop the kids from having a good time, but it could be improved. I hope they get to this soon.
