The double room had a lateral view of the sea. It was very nice. daily cleaning kept the room super clean, which i appreciate.

the food is good. my room is VERY clean. Room 2406 provides Lovely views. the entertainment team puts on lots of shows EVERY DAY. my friends have visited before and encouraged me to come. i am glad i listened to them.
finding a sun lounger could be a little tough during peak hours, but you can always go to the beach.

the buffet restaurant has a HUGE selection of food. i saw several themed nights , like italian night and spanish night. finding something tasty to eat was REALLY EASY.

the staff is VERY helpful and friendly. i watched them go above and beyond many times. they helped with directions, questions, and even a little translation for other guests. EVERYONE seemed happy to work here.

the junior suite pool view offered AMAZING space for my family. the beds were VERY comfortable, and i slept well. the balcony offered AMAZING views of the pool AND the sea.

THE hotel is close to the beach. the airport is NEARBY, just a short taxi ride AWAY. i saw MANY shops and restaurants around the area, within walking distance. EVERYTHING is VERY convenient.

The room had a comfortable king bed. The hotel has a very useful towel service for the pool. The cleaning staff did a consistently good job. The entertainment team provided engaging poolside activities. It's a plus.
The gym lacked updated equipment. More modern machines would be a definite asset.

faulty air conditioningthin walls
I found a few things disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked and i swear they only turned it on between 2 pm and 2 am. trying to get a decent sleep was difficult. also, the noise level was pretty bad. The walls are thin and i could hear everything happening next door.
