solid city center stay
excellent location kind staff relaxing sauna archaeological history
The hotel had an excellent location near shops and restaurants. the staff was both responsive and kind. i appreciated the hotel facilities. The gym, sauna, and steam room provided additional relaxation. it was also interesting to see the hotel's archaeological history on display.
i did have a slight issue with the car lift in the parking, a bit unnerving.

the room was clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed. it featured a bizarrely complex lighting system and a coffee maker. the bathroom had an opaque glass door with a visible gap.

The location was good, placing me conveniently near the city center.
I encountered a problem with the shower. The water was not very warm. I reported this to the staff on the first day, but it remained the same on the second day.

friendly staff wide variety car lift warm water malfunctioning hairdryer poor maintenance
the staff was friendly. breakfast included a very wide variety of items. i experienced the car lift to the car park and found it a new feature.
The shower water was not very warm . i complained on the first day but it remained the same the next day. i also reported a malfunctioning hairdryer. It worked slightly better the following day.

I found the room quite clean. It had modern amenities that worked well. The central location was very convenient for accessing attractions. Staff members at reception were friendly and helpful with directions.

car lift lacking privacy
The parking access involved a car lift. I found the lift procedure somewhat unsettling because car doors cannot open inside. Our room overlooked a nearby residence, so we lacked privacy. We needed to keep the curtains closed while in the room to compensate for this problem.

quiet room excavation site train station restaurant security hotel manager hard bed
the room, a beautiful double or twin room, was very quiet even the hotel had a central location. a side room displayed a excavation site, i found it very interesting. the walk to the train station required only twenty minutes, that felt very convenient.
the hotel lacked security in the restaurant. i encountered a robbery while selecting my breakfast. the hotel manager claimed she couldn't identify the thief on camera, this. the bed felt a little hard.

the location worked really well, it was close to the cathedral. the staff were helpful! room service was also useful.
