the pool area was pretty but the bar service up there felt slow it took ages to order a drink or just get someone's attention and the fitness center felt a bit chilly there was no heating so workouts felt pretty brisk given the january weather i guess those things add up to a less than perfect experience

spacious room excellent location cute staff insufficient shade inflated price cleanliness issue

the room was spacious, a beautiful soho. the location was excellent. i found the reception staff to be very cute upon arrival.

The pool area lacked sufficient shade. It became intensely hot. the rooftop bar prices seemed inflated, and the drinks tasted watered down. i noticed cleanliness issues, some areas looked smeared and not thoroughly cleaned.
