mixed feelings about the stay

limited viewfaulty air conditioning

The room i got had some issues. it faced an inner courtyard, so there wasn't much of a view (which was a bummer). also, the air conditioning seemed off. It struggled to keep the room cool enough, and i found myself adjusting it frequently. i told the staff, but nothing happened.

The hotel location suited my needs.

The noise levels were HIGH. Street noise penetrated the room even with the windows closed. I also found the staff attitude unhelpful. They seemed indifferent to concerns. They were especially unhelpful at the front desk.

The pool area was very small for all hotel guests. there were not enough pool lounges. the pool photo was deceiving. It was very small, just one meter deep throughout.

My room lacked a view it overlooked an internal area. The air conditioning malfunctioned making the room uncomfortably warm .
