I stayed in the double room sea view for a few nights and loved waking up to the ocean view! fresh towels were available daily! if needed and the safe was free to use. Such a plus for keeping valuables secure. the plaza bar staff were quick and friendly with their service! always making sure i had a chilled drink.

the pathways had damaged paving, something i noticed !

the hotel grounds are well maintained. it was nice to see such care given to the landscaping.

The buffet was a letdown. i found it repetitive, and the quality seemed low. the drinks were also a problem. Cocktails tasted watered down, disappointing.

i visited for another stay and the grounds continue to be well-kept. the pool area provided ample space and i easily found loungers. the main restaurant continued with its varied food options. the staff were consistently courteous and attentive, as they have been during my previous stays.

the drinks were not the best quality (i wished there were more premium options included).

Güney from the Animation Team was fantastic he kept everyone entertained with games and shows I really enjoyed the easy beach access the steps were good exercise after relaxing all day I found a great variety of food and drinks and the dining options were generous The staff provided gluten-free options for my dietary needs which I appreciated very much.

I noticed the air conditioning controls did not seem to work properly

The food was plentiful with lots of choices. Pool bar food offered a bonus with fresh burgers. I used the supermarket for toiletries. Local prices matched those back home.

Access to the beach involved navigating several steps. I found this drawback frustrating. The absence of a guide rail on the wooden ramp at the end of the steps made it tricky. It created a challenging descent and ascent.

the food choice was great. i liked the variety they offered each day (especially the fresh fruit). the hotel grounds were well maintained. i really enjoyed the different pool areas. the complex seemed lovely and the grounds were very green.

the gym classes were difficult to book. i found it hard to get a spot because they filled up quickly. the drinks were not the best quality (they tasted somewhat artificial).
