poor soundproofing restful sleep

the room was very clean daily.

i was disappointed that i could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms. i could hear other guests talking and even using the restroom. the lack of soundproofing made restful sleep difficult, and i expect more privacy in a high-end hotel.

I found the pastries at breakfast were excellent. The room had a great hairdryer and a comfortable bed.

resetting card key broken gate

the location next to the marina was acceptable.

My room card key required resetting multiple times. This meant frequent hikes to reception, not ideal as i am disabled. the hotel layout includes uneven ground and hidden steps everywhere. These are definite trip hazards. also, the gate to the marina was broken.. we were forced to cut across the gardens until they fixed it.
