I found the hotel to have a great location, sited on a beautiful cliff. Gardens surround it, providing many different spots where one can find privacy. The hotel features a stylish, sophisticated decor, and the facilities looked great. The friendly staff offered very warm service.
The hot buffet food was cold at early breakfast. This was pointed out to reception. I was told I should have reported it to the restaurant manager.

The hotel has perhaps the best position. It is on the Lido. Ocean views are available, also fine views toward the city. It is a little out of the city. THE location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

The hotel is very clean and well-run. Lovely facilities ARE available. The room was comfortable with a sea view. I found the hotel to have a very calm environment. The offer of food at breakfast was excellent.

the breakfast buffet was extensive with a good selection.
The service at the lower pool was bad. I had to hunt for staff. empty glasses remained uncollected for hours. our room cleaning also declined. The bathroom floor was cleaned with a dirty mop, and dead flowers weren't removed.

wow, this hotel is amazing! i loved our room, it was so nice and neat. i especially enjoyed the sea and city views right from our balcony. there were several really good restaurants right on the hotel, made dining super convenient.
