The location of this hotel is excellent. I enjoyed access to the private beach. It was a great bonus.. Breakfast was also a highlight. The staff was polite and facilitating.

The bar service needs improvement. I experienced delays in getting drinks, sometimes up to twenty minutes.. The older lady behind the bar struggled with English. This made ordering difficult.

Really good Stay

The staff displayed excellent attentiveness and ensured a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection had great choices , and the hotel grounds created a private, secluded experience. I particularly appreciated the quiet and peace all around maintained throughout the premises. I look forward to returning.

During my visit , the entertainment options seemed somewhat limited. While all other aspects of my vacays were excellent , improving the entertainment would further enhance the guest experience. I believe more variety could greatly benefit future guests.

The room had effective, adjustable air conditioning, which contributed to a very comfortable environment. A selection of pillows was provided for the bed, improving sleep quality. I noted the peacefulness of the room. Noise from the street remained minimal.

The location granted direct access to the beach and the sea. I also noted its close proximity to a walking boulevard. Shops and restaurants nearby provided additional conveniences. The hotel gardens offered spaces for relaxation.

the location is superb. the hotel offers vistas across the ocean and provides access to the main public beach. the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. the bed was gigantic.

i experienced slow bar service. when i ordered drinks, it took 20 minutes to arrive. there was no pool service available.

The location was acceptable, very close to amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.).

The bar service was subpar. I waited over 20 minutes for drinks on multiple occasions. The older woman behind the bar struggled with English, and often ignored me. Not what I expect at a hotel of this supposed caliber. there looked to be NO staff around the hot tubs.

bizarre designinconsistent coffee

i must admit, the room i booked, a 'junior suite relax', felt less like a suite and more like a cleverly marketed standard room. the washbasins being located in the bedroom seemed like a bizarre design choice , since this meant i had to tiptoe around my partner when i needed a midnight bathroom trip. and that 'sea view'? more like a palm tree appreciation course , the sea peeked through the foliage occasionally. the inconsistent coffee service during breakfast just added to the 'charming' chaos , i'm not sure if i liked waiting for it, or just grabbing it myself.
