awesome stay! totally recommend!
accommodating staff friendly manner excellent facilities
i cannot express how much i loved the staff. they were uniformly accommodating and responsive to every request. their friendly manner. the hotel is excellent regarding facilities and location.
the air conditioning wasn't working throughout the hotel, annoying. it was a bit hot.

the breakfast selection is superb with healthy options and great variety. you can find nutritious food and something for every taste. ines, mirriam, luis, emedio, and juanna were consistently helpful!!!

the hotel location is perfect and couldn't be better. the hotel is within easy walking distance to the alcazar and cathedral. it is also near other spots. the hotel is central and yet quiet.

the rooms are super clean. our room was ideal for our needs. we had a beautifully appointed room that was larger than other european places. the room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

Amazing Spot!
attentive staff great location
The staff was super attentive. I felt welcomed! The room was super clean. I totally enjoyed the location. It was close to all the main attractions. The rooftop pool provided great relaxation!

soft dressing gown spacious room
The room was very spacious. The decor was nice. the shower worked great, and there was also a bath with soft dressing gowns!
The chairs in the lounge were quite hard. A softer couch would have been better!
