The location met my expectations. It was close to the beach.

The service was shockingly slow. i waited twenty minutes at the pool bar with few people ahead. the food arrived lukewarm. The order was wrong, yet i was charged inflated prices. the shortage of trained staff made everything a struggle.

the real bar's service was slow. it once took 45 minutes for fries and veggie samosas. even with few customers and many staff, late-night drinks were very slow. also, i found the poorly lit lower-level floors was like a dungeon, and the smoke stench lingered in the hallways after a fire incident, no effort was.

The breakfast offered a very good selection. Beach access was super. The staff was friendly. The resort maintained the gardens beautifully. The gardens provided a perfect setting for relaxation.

The phone connection was not working! so it was inconvenient. The bathtub did not drain properly and I saw spiders in the room. The soundproofing was insufficient, as I could hear everything from the next room through the connecting door. The reception promised to send someone with a TV remote, but no one came
