excellent location luxurious bedding kind staff great breakfast
The location was fantastic, with access to many attractions. my room was immaculately maintained with heated flooring and luxurious bedding. the staff were kind. the breakfast had a great selection in the continental buffet.
I noticed clothing labels left from previous occupants in the room. The cleaning could have been better.

a mayfair reverie
warm staff perfect detail central location
the hotel staff welcomed me with open arms. they ensured every detail of my stay was perfect, anticipating needs before i even voiced them. the central location allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions, a true pleasure. i particularly enjoyed the good breakfast each morning, a perfect start to each day.
the in-room safe was not working . i notified the front desk, but it remained unrepaired. this created a slight inconvenience for storing valuables.

the beautiful double room featured a comfortable king-sized bed. it included a well-stocked minibar, and a writing desk, perfect for journaling. the bathroom included asprey toiletries, a lovely touch.

room upgrade perfect location cozy atmosphere
The service was really good. Ayyaz junjua specifically provided a superb room upgrade. the location is perfect. It is right near green park and hyde park. my executive room had a good size and an excellent bed. i enjoyed the warm, cozy atmosphere. It.

decent location, substandard ROOM
poor cleaning missing amenities
The location was acceptable. It was NEAR public transport.
the room i booked, a beautiful DOUBLE room, left a lot to be desired. the cleaning was not good as i found clothing labels from previous guests. also, the tea tray lacked biscuits and fresh milk, things i expect from a five star hotel. furthermore continental breakfast, while included, forced expensive extras for COOKED options.
