my room, an executive king, was large. it had comfortable facilities.. the staff was good and the location excellent. i enjoyed the convenient access to local attractions..

underwhelming stay
impractical design inconvenient light switches
the hotel is located near bond street station, a real plus for getting around.
The room's design felt impractical. I constantly walked through the bathroom to reach the door or the bed. this felt unhygienic and lacked privacy. the light switches weren't intuitive, and their placement was inconvenient.

modern room central location
I stayed for 3 nights and the location was really central to everything i needed. the room, a beautiful double room, was very modern and clean. I really liked the electronic lights!!!
the staff were not always quick with service, it took a while to get some assistance.

welcome note tasty room service quick service appreciated feeling
this new hotel offers an amazing experience. the welcome note and treats in the room were a super nice surprise. room service was very quick and tasty (i loved the club sandwich). the team were really good too.
the lighting in the room was a little hard to navigate, and lights turned on during the night when i was asleep!

the location is superb, with easy access to great shopping and the best restaurants. bond street station is just 100 meters away, a short walk. it makes it easy to explore marylebone.

The rooms are exquisite, brilliantly designed, spacious, and beautifully furnished. the restaurant and bars in the hotel are also excellent. I enjoyed them. there are high-tech features and luxurious beds.

The staff is friendly and helpful (i interacted a lot with them). they have reimagined the check-in process. It feels very personal and comfortable. no desk acts as a barrier, just people sitting on a sofa.

easy access shopping areas straightforward process modern amenities
the location allowed easy access to shopping areas. checking in was simple with a straightforward process. my beautiful double room had modern amenities. the room's cleanliness added to the comfort (everything looked super clean).
during checkout, a service charge was applied automatically. i found this charge unexpected. i would prefer clearer communication regarding such fees.

the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, though not extensive. i found the pastries were particularly fresh (especially the croissants!). the dining area was well kept with attentive staff.

strange layout cramped entrance
i found the room to have a strange layout. the entrance opened to a narrow vanity area, i thought it cramped. opening suitcases on the bed felt unhygienic and there were no hooks for wet coats.
