the room was large and spotlessly clean. the bed was really comfortable. the air conditioning was excellent. the free breakfast was a nice bonus.

the rooms aren't that nice. there were no amenities. the reception is very unfriendly and unhelpful.

breakfast buffet friendly staff large room

I found the breakfast buffet has great quality. It offered lots of variety. The staff are friendly and accommodating too. The room were large and perfect for my family. Sandra and her team were very accommodating during breakfast service.

The car park had narrow spaces. I noted minor damage to the car paintwork upon my return.

Really good stay near Heathrow

ample space functional kitchenette

The king studio suite offered ample space. it included a functional kitchenette with a hob, microwave, and dishwasher. the provided dishwashing soap and on-site laundry rooms were convenient additions. The free parking lot shuttle was excellent! the evening drink was lovely.

the hotel room phone routed my call to the hotel next door. it took going down to the lobby to realize this and speak to someone in the hotel i was staying in. this caused unnecessary inconvenience.

The hotel features convenient on-site laundry facilities and an accessible gym. this gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Complimentary parking is available. electrical vehicle charging spots are plentiful in the car park.

the room layout met my basic expectations. it was adequate.

the heating didn't work properly. it took hours before the room warmed up, a major discomfort in the cold weather. i find this unacceptable.

I loved the spacious room! It included a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The linens felt very nice. There was also a happy hour with free beer, wine, and snacks!

Loud machinery was a problem. I could feel the wall vibrating. I think providing a cost-effective transport method to the airport would be nice. I also think this would save customers a lot of money.

okay stay, some issues

fruit flies stiff bed

The breakfast area had a lot of fruit flies, off-putting. they were all around the water pitcher. also, breakfast started late. We needed to leave for the airport before it was even served. the bed felt too firm for me.
