steam room delicious breakfast kind staff double charge frozen card deposit freeze

The staff was kind, and the hotel itself felt really luxurious. I adored the breakfast offerings. They were delicious. My room included a steam room in the shower, and this was such a treat!!!

My only payment card was unexpectedly frozen because of a double charge. The hotel also applied a freeze for a deposit, and this. I was unable to fully enjoy my stay because of this financial hiccup. The experience reminded me of a shadow over what should have been a perfect escape.

stellar stay!

steam shower malin goetz king bed

i stayed in a superior king room, and it was immaculate. the steam shower was AMAZING!!! i loved that malin + goetz amenities were available. the comfy king size bed was a great feature.

i found the room's lighting slightly inadequate.

the hotel is accessible in the district and it is a short walk to both Spitalfields and Brick Lane. several metro stations and bus stops are also located near the premises. this makes moving around very straightforward.

My king superior room featured a steam function in the shower. This added a touch of luxury. the rooms are modern and well-kept with attention to detail. the hotel also provides umbrellas in each room for guest convenience.

the front office staff provided friendly and helpful assistance to all guests. i found the staff to be attentive . richard branson was on site and he greeted guests.

a standout stay!

really good breakfast great gym cozy floor

the rooftop breakfast stood out to me, it was really good. the gym offered a very good setup, possibly one of the largest i have seen in a hotel, it has two peloton bikes too. the room included great amenities, heated floors were especially cozy.

the location is a bit of a walk to liverpool station, maybe ten or fifteen minutes.
