the check in was smooth and quick. i found the room to be well sized and clean. the pizza restaurant on site was a definite plus for a late night meal after travel. i especially appreciated the quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

The bathroom and shower were GREAT. I noticed nice illumination behind the mirrors.
The milk in my room was sour. I had to leave at 4am and the restaurant wasn't open, so I couldn't have a cup of tea. I was pretty annoyed at the automatic 12.5% service charge added to my restaurant bill. VAT was also added on top.

the restaurant proved quite disappointing (i expected more given the hotel's rating). the prices were very high, and i found the food quality did not justify the cost. additionally, receiving a parking ticket shortly after check-in was frustrating. it felt unreasonable to be fined for a brief period needed to check in, parking ticket
