i found the staff very helpful. the location was quite convenient. the breakfast offered a decent variety. i liked the well-equipped gym as i maintained my fitness routine.
the restaurant menu lacked some vegetarian options.

my room included sockets and usb ports adjacent to each side of the bed making it easy to charge my devices i also appreciated the anti-fog mirror in the bathroom it added convenience to my morning routine.

The room was large and clean with various goodies. i had biscuits, all teas, coffee, and drinking chocolate. It was very pleasing. the bathroom was lovely and featured both a bath and a shower.
i found that the italian restaurant was closed, and i would have liked to try it.

The room was great i stayed in. It included biscuits all teas, coffee and drinking chocolate. The bathroom had a bath plus a separate shower. The tv was 42 inch.
I noticed a slightly worn spot on a chair.

i celebrated my anniversary at the hotel. the parking was easy. the building had lovely character. breakfast offered delicious food plus lovely views onto the lawns and lake.
i could not book a treatment as it was fully booked. this was disappointing.

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The pastries were fresh. the room was comfortable. the spa facilities were clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the open space and greenery of the hotel a lot.
I found the pool quite cold. the lockers didn't work either. there was a smell of blocked drains in the changing rooms. It wasn't a great experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were prompt in addressing requests. check-in was smooth, and i received clear information about the hotel amenities. a special thank you to mitch, joshua, and suren for the welcome.
