fantastic coastal stay

the caravan was nice. it was also clean. the clubhouse impressed me a lot. i think the resort is great for families and the resort is also dog friendly. i really appreciated this detail. nothing was too much trouble for the staff on reception.

i noticed a slight issue. the main bedroom was too small to access around the bed in a wheelchair and very tight access using a rollator. this made moving around a little challenging for me.

The rooms had smart tvs and cooking necessities. this. the lodge is designed with separate adult and children sleeping areas on opposite ends. The kitchen and diner is an ideal meeting ground.

the lodge was clean and cute , which i appreciated. it was up to the general away resorts standard.

the bar was closed for an event , i found that inconvenient. there is no shop on site , and there was no entertainment for the rest of the week , because it is "seasonal only.

The caravan itself seemed new. I liked the fluffy towels. The bed was indeed comfortable. the entertainment was a letdown. It seemed geared more toward older folks or families with very young kids. The nearby town was also disappointing. Many of the beach attractions were closed. For the price, I expected more on-site activities and a livelier atmosphere.

cleanliness of the sitenature reserveamazing caravan

The caravan was amazing. It reminded me of a home from home. The site was very clean and well kept. I loved the nature reserve for dog walking!!!

Excellent Coastal Stay

The caravan was very clean upon arrival. It was perfect for a family, providing ample space. We spent a lot of time playing games and relaxing inside. The facilities was so great. We particularly enjoyed the pool and splash pool. soft play and the outdoor climbing equipment.

The oven was not very effective and seemed to take a long time to heat up. Cooking took longer than expected, (I wasn't sure if it was just my cooking skills). The single beds could use better mattresses since they were not very comfortable.

The caravan included a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate shower room. It was well-equipped and the space felt comfortable for all of us. The caravan provided ample space for storing luggage and moving around freely.

The staff members were friendly and helpful . They promptly addressed any questions. Staff members helped us quickly when we requested assistance with directions on the hotel.

The indoor swimming pool looked inviting, even though we didn't use it this time. The sports court offered opportunities for outdoor activities. Soft play was well kept and provided a safe environment for kids.

The clubhouse, specifically the Green Room, was very clean and tidy. The restaurant provided varied options. The Squirrel Bar offered dog biscuits and water for dogs, and this small gesture was appreciated.
