my room was too hot. i think this was because it was next to a chimney. the windows were open in the next room even though it was february. i did not sleep well.

I received a very warm welcome. my room was good with a big, comfortable bed and a walk-in shower overlooking the quiet garden courtyard through a magnificent magnolia tree!!! dinner in monty's pub next door had friendly, excellent service and good food. the dinner in the hotel was delicious. I sat outside to take advantage of the hot weather.
The hotel interior looked a little tired. It could use some updating, especially my small double room and its bathroom.
