A decidedly average getaway

clean caravanmouldy seatingfrayed table

The caravan was clean upon arrival, acceptable.

I found the condition of the hotel underwhelming. The seating outside was moldy, and the table looked VERY frayed with holes. Guest services were not available. Supposedly, they only operate during peak season. This level of maintenance is not what i would expect.

FANTASTIC stay!

The caravan was new. It was also clean and well-equipped, located in a central area that was GREAT for exploring. The decking outside was a welcome addition. Parking was easy, right outside the caravan. It made unloading and loading the car really convenient.

The entertainment facilities were closed .

The site is positioned centrally, enabling convenient access to various attractions. It is perfect. A mini supermarket sits just a short walk from the main entrance, providing essential supplies, this was really useful.

The watersport lake staff were helpful and friendly when assisting with activities. The lifeguards are smiley and ready to help, always ensuring guests are happy within the resort and the pool. I appreciated it a lot.

well located for exploring

the cottage included a hot tub and everything we needed. there was enough room inside for my family. the location was great and right by the lakes.

i booked because i thought it was dog friendly, but the garden had a large overhanging tree. this meant there was no grass, so my dog wouldn't go outside.

the caravan included three beds and superior amenities. this provided ample space for our family and was very comfortable. the bedding and towels were clean.

the park is almost located at the centre of the island. this setup made every other attraction accessible in under thirty minutes. the grounds were well maintained.

staff called on the day to confirm our check in time. they accommodated our late arrival by leaving the key in our caravan. maintenance was quick to fix issues.
