good choice spa area bath needing bed sheet
the breakfast was great and had a good choice. our room was modern and kept clean, i liked the spa area too. it was nice.
the bath needed changing and it was a shame. i noticed a stain on one of the bed sheets, that was not so good though.

poor service unorganized staff
the restaurant service was quite poor. it took a long time for anyone to take our drink orders. the bar and restaurant staff seemed completely unorganized. the ambience felt more like a cafeteria than a relaxed restaurant, especially considering the prices.

relaxing massage expert hands friendly lad
My stay included a spa day and i found it quite relaxing. brenda provided an amazing massage. Her expertise helped ease my stress. i also appreciated the lunch. Cain was very friendly and ensured i had everything i needed (he was attentive to my needs).
the pool was closed without prior notice, and the location felt somewhat distant from oxford.

the hotel is close to a motorway, which allows quick access and departure. while it is not directly in the city center, the ease of reaching other destinations compensates for this. the surroundings offer a quiet environment.

the staff, including mia at reception, gave a warm welcome. i found the housekeeping services excellent, and the staff showed warmth. specific team members are very caring (emma at reception deserves praise).

easy parking swift check-in clean room
wow, i loved how easy parking was. check in moved very swiftly. i found my room super clean and well prepared, such a relief after travel!
my room needed more lighting, especially near the desk. it felt a little dark.

poor water pressure broken towel rail
The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak, good luck trying to wash your hair properly. A heated towel rail, very useful, wasn't working, so my towel stayed damp. expect a taxi ride if you fancy a different pint than the overpriced ones they serve there. They really stick you in the middle of nowhere.
