i found ample parking spaces available upon arrival. the hotel offered several facilities including a spa, gym, and a performance center. my room was quite large and the staff seemed consistently friendly and helpful.

The staff provided assistance and information, including directions and answering questions about the hotel's amenities. check-out at 11am allowed us to use the spa facilities until departure. This was very convenient. all requests were addressed promptly.

My room was spacious. and clean as new. The layout provided ample space for luggage and movement. the bed was comfortable and the climate control system maintained a consistent temperature, which i really appreciated.

the breakfast selection included varied options and everything tasted fresh. the breakfast area had ample seating and the staff ensured all items were well-stocked, made our morning more pleasant. the chef prepared poached eggs perfectly.

The gym had modern equipment and a great size. The location is really close to nearby facilities. The spa facilities added good value. It was great.

The room felt dated. The bathroom grout looked dirty and needed maintenance. The sealant looked tired and had mould.

Breakfast was adequate. I thought it had all I needed. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The staff during all dining occasions were cute and cheerful, providing attentive service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff, especially Lori, was super helpful and kind. Dave G was really friendly and super helpful too. He is an asset to this hotel.

A pleasant experience

The breakfast included several choices. The gym had modern equipment. I liked the friendly service from lori at reception. She helped me with directions. Dave g from the restaurant was friendly and helpful as well, even talking more than me.

The room showed some wear, with a few stains on the carpets, i'm pretty sure.

The spa included a hydro pool that was quite enjoyable. The gym seemed well equipped with several machines. I could spend there some hours, really.

The reception staff provided a warm welcome. Lori was super helpful when i arrived. Dave g in the restaurant gave friendly service. He even talked more than me. That is difficult.
