I found the staff to be friendly and professional. andrew at the front desk was especially helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. i attended pilates and senior strength classes. Kerry tailored each session to everyone's abilities. the food was good, with both breakfast and lunch served as buffets.

the bedrooms were old and beds weren't fantastic! a bit of investment in the bedrooms would greatly improve the overall experience.
