disorganized staffovernight hazards

i was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. the breakfast was chaotic , and the staff seemed disorganized. our table had not been properly cleared. also , vacuum cleaners were left in the corridors overnight creating trip hazards.

the staff was very friendly. the location is superb. the hotel decor is also very nice, i could tell they were trying for a special touch. the outdoor parking was very generous and easy to access.

i received emails asking me to upgrade my room. it was slightly annoying.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. the breakfast room was quite lovely. A good start to the day. fresh vegetables are available with the english breakfast.

staff members are polite and very helpful. they are also professional. the staff helped me store my luggage before check-in so i could explore the city. the finance team tried hard to sort out a billing issue.

the location is great for walking around the city. the hotel is in a fabulous spot. it is also situated centrally so i could go everywhere on foot. the hotel overlooks the river cam.

the room was way too small, and the double beds? they were practically large singles. two people could barely sleep. plus, its just too expensive for what is offered now.

the location was excellent. it was close to the city center and offered easy access to various attractions (i particularly enjoyed the proximity to the river). the outdoor area was beautiful. the staff members were helpful .

the bar service was slow. it seemed understaffed, and i waited longer than expected for drinks. the main restaurant was closed . this limitation reduced dining options (i had hoped to try their dinner menu). the hot drink supplies in my room were not replenished.

the hotel bar and lobby feature nice decorations. the room was clean. i found the hotel relatively new (it certainly seemed like it!). the location is quiet, away from main roads, perfect for a peaceful getaway (just what we needed).

I noticed not enough wait staff was available during breakfast. There were queues sometimes.

The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot. its garden directly faces the river (it is marvelous!). the setting promotes much tranquility and peace. It felt comfortable and agreeable to be there.
