Modern Hotel with a Great Location
king size room necessary amenities friendly staff
The king size room was spacious with all necessary amenities. I found the bed comfortable. Hotel staff were super friendly, and I received great help.
Parking had a tiny number of spaces. I could not park my car. I will not return as there was no parking.

The hotel is in a secure, family-friendly complex. The main city centre is not too far, only a good 15-minute drive away. A bus stop sits right outside the hotel, and buses come frequently.

the king size room met my needs. it was spacious with necessary amenities. the bed felt comfortable. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful!
the light switches in the room did not allow the bathroom light without the main bedroom light, it was not optimal.

The reception was very nice. they accommodated my card limit issue. they allowed payment on the last day. I appreciated this.

the hotel location is excellent, not too far from the main city centre. a bus stop is on the hotel's doorstep with buses coming frequently. hotel parking is underneath the hotel.

generally good, some minor issues.
rooftop bar friendly staff amazing pizza limited parking dirty bedding dusty room
everything met expectations for a hyatt hotel. i especially liked the rooftop bar. it recently opened and the staff is really friendly and helpful. they serve AMAZING pizza!!!
The hotel has a small number of parking spaces, so i couldn't park my car. the rooms were dusty and dirty. I found dirty bedding and the carpet was not clean. the rooms smelled bad!!!

Fantastic Stay!
modern room convenient service
The hotel was clean. The rooms are modern, and the bus service to the city center is very convenient (a huge plus!). I found several walking and running paths nearby. The maintenance team promptly retrieved an earring my wife lost, and the bar provided lovely drinks.
The hotel did not have spare blankets in the room, so it took hours for the room to warm up after turning up the digistat. I think the refreshment tray could have been better too.

The rooms offer comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes. I enjoyed the big TV and practical bathroom. This room had direct bus access to the center and the area was quiet.

The staff were very nice and accommodating . They responded quickly to my requests, great. I felt they made sure that my needs were met.

The hotel had a supermarket right next door, easy to buy drinks. The gym has modern equipment, like treadmills. the coffee from the coffee bar tasted good (especially the croissants!).

This hotel has a quiet location. It has many shops and restaurants in its vicinity. I liked that there was convenient access to the center of town.
