The king size room was spacious with all necessary amenities. I found the bed comfortable. Hotel staff were super friendly, and I received great help.

Parking had a tiny number of spaces. I could not park my car. I will not return as there was no parking.

the light switches in the room did not allow the bathroom light without the main bedroom light, it was not optimal.

everything met expectations for a hyatt hotel. i especially liked the rooftop bar. it recently opened and the staff is really friendly and helpful. they serve AMAZING pizza!!!

The hotel has a small number of parking spaces, so i couldn't park my car. the rooms were dusty and dirty. I found dirty bedding and the carpet was not clean. the rooms smelled bad!!!

Fantastic Stay!

The hotel was clean. The rooms are modern, and the bus service to the city center is very convenient (a huge plus!). I found several walking and running paths nearby. The maintenance team promptly retrieved an earring my wife lost, and the bar provided lovely drinks.

The hotel did not have spare blankets in the room, so it took hours for the room to warm up after turning up the digistat. I think the refreshment tray could have been better too.

The rooms offer comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes. I enjoyed the big TV and practical bathroom. This room had direct bus access to the center and the area was quiet.
